Airtask punch logs, pushed to Zoho People.

Punch-in and punch-out logs from Airtask flow into Zoho People, so attendance records in your HR system reflect the work that was actually tracked. No spreadsheets, no manual uploads.

  • Native push, Airtask to Zoho People
  • Attendance scope only

Quick answer

Does Airtask integrate with Zoho People?

Yes. Airtask pushes punch-in and punch-out logs into Zoho People. You create a Zoho self client with the attendance scope, generate a refresh token, and enter the credentials in Settings, Integrations.

What moves

Two records, one direction, no manual upload.

Airtask already captures when each employee starts and stops work. This integration sends those punch-in and punch-out logs to Zoho People, so nobody re-enters attendance by hand.

Troubleshooting

If something looks off, check these first.

Most sync issues trace back to credentials, mapping, or permissions. Here's what to check before contacting support.

Token generation fails

Check the scope, the client values, the organization ID and the authorization code.

Sync fails after setup

Confirm the refresh token copied into Airtask is complete and current.

Attendance does not update in Zoho People

Re-check the organization-specific values and the credentials in the integration form.
